These rules as set forth are subject to change or updating at the approval of the Hico Cemetery Corporation:


  1. Burial Plots will be used for the burial of human remains.
  2. The Plot shall not be enclosed in any manner nor shall the Plot be divided.
  3. The Plot may be adorned by one monument or stone memorializing the deceased, with the exception of one Military Service monument.
  4. NO tree, scrub, plant of flower shall be planted on the Plot without permission of the Cemetery Board.
  5. NO obstacles shall be placed on the plot that would interfere with the maintaining the lot.
  6. ALL Plot owners must notify in writing any transfer of any plot to another person for use.
  7. ALL Plot owners must notify the Hico Cemetery in writing the burial of cremated remains.
  8. ALL Plots are subject to the By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations of The Hico Cemetery Corporation, as they presently stand or are later amended.
  9. Any breach of the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of set forth by Hico Cemetery Corporation may ener a Plot and take steps to remove any plant, structure or item in violation or due whatever else is reasonable to maintain the breach.
